Training
We have a lot of experience helping groups be effective in their mission. We would love to share this knowledge with you. We can train you with some basic tools that will help you be more effective as you lead the communities you are a part of, weather it is a small group at your church, or the huge company you own. Let us know your needs as a leader and we will let you know how we can help!
We can teach and practice a tool or topic in an hour to 90 minute session. For best results, we like to spend up to 3 hours so we can practice, and get involved in the very learning process we are passing on to you.

If your having trouble thinking of some topics you might like to learn about here are a few of our favorites:
Leading Large Groups with Confidence: Ever feel like the substitute teacher that no one will listen to? Wishing you had the confidence to get large groups of people to follow your leadership? I can show you how- even if you’re not the “big leader” type!
Changing Culture with Corporate Worship: What purposeful actions lead to students regularly engaging in a worship time that is a connected expression of faith- rather than disconnected attempt at entertainment? We figure that out and look at how that culture change impacts everything.
Master Teaching: Helping students lead each other into meaningful discussion, all at the same time.
The Incline: A simple method of discipleship, and mentoring that students can lead and that isn’t dependent on the church or its programs. If we want students (and adults) to know how to relate to God on their own, and to help others along in this process once they’ve graduated from our student ministries, do the incline!
Ice Breaker Fest: Using new games to set the stage for people to connect more quickly and more meaningfully.
The Carosel: A discussion technique that is for any group over 20 and helps people express their lives and their faith, and helps them practice the art of listening to another’s story. An awesome tool I’ve been using for 20 years- it makes a difference every time.
From teaching a class to creating the place where learners thrive: Here we practice ways of moving our teaching from informational (boring, not very effective) to experiential (100% involvement, better retainment). We learn how to facilitate a learning environment- and how to teach in the moment.
