You will meet together one Tuesday a week for up to 7 hours.  (Generally from 1pm to 8pm.) This time includes an afternoon of community service or team challenge, gathering around a meal together, and an educational and mentoring evening component aimed to help you learn from the day’s experience.

A typical day might look like this:

1pm: Gather at GPSTulsa (Review assignments, reconnect, brief the day)

2pm: Guided service project at John 3:16 Mission Family & Youth  Center

5:30: Wrap up, head to dinner together

6pm: Eat together and review the afternoon (engage learning moments)

7pm: Finding My Way (teaching and understanding one’s own purpose)

8:30: Closure, Thank yous, and go home.

There are two retreats which are part of GPS Tulsa. They are:

Fall getaway is October 22-24, 2010

Spring getaway is March 4-6, 2011

There is also an optional Rocky Mountain Pilgrimage which will be scheduled according to the response in late May of 2011.
