Sometimes you can’t make it on your own.
In mountaineering, every climber needs a partner- one that supports and keeps you safe, and one who leads out on a new path and believes you can follow.  Coaching is all about  meeting with experienced leaders who offer support, challenge, and guidance to move you toward your true God given identity. Sometimes Coaching looks like counseling, sometimes teaching- it always includes assignments and structured experiences coupled with reflection.

We already serve college students, youth pastors, worship leaders, camp program directors, creative directors, young business owners, and multiple emerging leaders. Each are moving towards a full life, where they lead out, leverage their life,  and create redemptive works they were made to do. We not only coach individuals, we also set up organizations to create cultures and systems of mentoring where all people have a guide, and no one flies solo.
