The Certificate in Missional Leadership is a ten month residential program where you work with a community of peers and experienced leaders in true ministry. It looks something like this:

Academics: The academic portion of the CML is taught and facilitated by Masters level and PHD level instructors and covers a range of topics including spiritual formation, leadership, team dynamics, economics, and social justice. [more]

Mentoring: The mentoring component means that you have a personal coach throughout your year who helps you and your team come to a true understand of where you should go in life. [more]

Hands-on Experience: Academic learning is paired with hands-on experience in the CML. You will be placed with an existing ministry where you will be involved in real world ministry. [more]

Housing: Challenge Quest will provide housing during the 10 month CML. [more]

The end result? You will have valuable experience doing redemptive works among a community of people, you will have studied a range of topics, and you will have gained a deeper understanding of the unique gifts, skills, and passions God has created you with.

The CML program cost $5000. There are several ways to decrease this amount:

By working approximately 20 days for Challenge Quest as a challenge course facilitator the cost can be reduced to $3800.

CQMissional is a 501c3 non profit organization so your church, family, and supporters can make tax deductible contributions toward your tuition.

Work with My Friends incentive: For each person you recruit to come into the program who signs up- we will give you a $500 credit on your tuition. This discount is unlimited, meaning you can bring as many people as we can take, and your tuition could be potentially free. New students who sign up for the CML must certify that they heard about the program and were connected to sign up through interaction with you. You’ll then get the discount. Its a sweet deal.

Additionally you will have time to work a part time job to earn money for living expenses or to pay tuition.
