We help people discover their role in making the world a better place.
In other words, we aim to provide a truly head, heart, and hands experience where young leaders are taught, their hearts are connected to God, each other, and their own purpose; and their hands are used to help others.
Our time is spent primarily in running our educational experiences such as the Certificate in Missional Leadership and GPS Tulsa. We also mentor and coach individuals, and lead adventure experiences such as CQM Colorado.
These experiences we offer will produce leaders who know who they are- and people who move into the world with the confidence to contribute through their unique gifts and experiences. It is also important that we move people towards relationships which involve interaction with people who come from different cultures, ethnic groups, or economic standing. The relationships with people that we work with teach us that God loves all people. So, while we coach young leaders and help them grow through experience- we believe that “redemptive works in their communities” means a purposeful interaction with those different than us, as was the example of Christ.

“We have been made to be creators and contributors in our own unique identity. While many of us spend our time consuming, and searching for a God given identity that is deep within us, a few folks choose to live out who they have been made to be with courage and passion.” Chris helps others discover this joy- the joy that is discovering their part in The Story.

Beth West
I’m married to the most wonderful man. My soul needs music & the mountains & my body needs strong coffee. I am learning to love…my husband, my friends, my family, my neighbors… myself. I’ve been to grad school & Australia. I listen to npr. I just might be in love with our Subaru Outback. I’m amazed by the Lord & His people. Though most of my time is spent managing administrative stuff, I also am drawn to helping others live healthy lives. In 2008 I received a Master of Science in Counseling degree from John Brown University. During my time in graduate school I discovered some really amazing things, both about myself & the other people around me. I love hearing people’s stories! And reminding them that their story is important, and that they have value, worth & HOPE.
